We do not provide any option for cancellation of any Course, Program, or Service once it has been purchased or enrolled by the student. All payments made towards admissions, registrations, or any academic services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, whether fully or partially, under any circumstances or situations.

Fees paid towards Entrance Exam Registration, Admission Form Fees, or any preliminary charges are also non-refundable, irrespective of the reason. Students are advised to carefully review all course details, eligibility, and requirements before making any payment.

If a student fails to attend classes, discontinues the course, or faces personal, academic, or technical issues, the institute will not be responsible for any refund of fees. No refunds will be provided in cases of dissatisfaction with teaching, schedule changes, or personal learning outcomes.

In case of batch changes, course postponement, or academic restructuring by the institute, fees will not be refunded. However, the student may be offered an internal adjustment or alternate batch only at the sole discretion of the institute management.

Any request for refund due to medical emergencies, relocation, or unforeseen circumstances will not be entertained as per the institute’s strict no-refund policy.

Any Legal Matter/Dispute related to Fee Refund is subject to Pune (Maharashtra) jurisdiction only.
